Bliss List from the Bliss Lady

Breathing-Life
Laughing so hard it makes you cry
MMMM....the first cup of coffee in the morning
A great quote
Welcoming my husband home from a long week away
Hanging out with my kids
Listening to Bruce Springsteen's "Born to Run"
Walking my dogs-the birds chirpping
The view from the top of the mountain
Change, especially the change of seasons
Love, in all forms
Making a difference, one person at a time

Bliss List from R M

Recalling the sound of my gramma's voice.
Remembering the feel of my grandpa's hand in mine.
Each moment that my family is happy and healthy.
Having access to good food and clean water.
Knowing my husband loves me so.
Every moment of my children's lives.
Having never had cancer and fighting back for those who have.

Diane Albo’s “Bliss List”!

hearing someone say my name

being heldfinding

an already cracked open pistachio in the bunch

laying down on a blanket at looking up at the sky --- day or night

cotton candy clouds against a blue sky

being held

walking at night under the stars

listening to great Christian music

being hugged with the hugger behind me

(that wasn't sounding good anyway I put it)

being in a hottub in a light snowfall

sitting around a bonfire in the summer

driving the car with my leg out the window

spending time with great people

being held

holding hands when meeting awesome like minded people

meeting nice people

having a complete stranger compliment you

complimenting a complete stranger

sleeping with my children in  my arms

smelling a great cologne

being held

did I mention being held

having goals and dreams

helping my children have dreams

4.  My dad's voice on the other line when he calls just to say hi

5.  Text messages and emails from old students

6.  That first sip of coffee in the morning

7.  The inhale and exhale of a much needed deep breath

8.  A smile from a stranger

9.  The warm spot the dog leaves on my bed

10. READING!!!  I never knew how much I loved it till I thought I couldn't do it

11. The feeling of rinsing off the old when I'm in the shower

12. Hearing one of those songs on the radio that brings a flood of emotions

ok that's it for now ... Jessica Mae Griffin!

I share my bliss by smiling constantly and hugging everyone I see! I can tell they are sharing in my bliss because they tell me that I give THE BEST hugs and they don't want to let go!   Life ROCKS! YAY GOD! YAY ME! YAY YOU! YAY WORLD!

Love, Light and Laughter to you!
